The sound of a child’s cry,
From the mother’s womb,
is the beginning of raising a child,
It is wholly dependent on its mother for every need,
Food, security, shelter, warmth to mention a few,
It is like putting a seed in the fertile ground and watering it,
Weeding around it until it matures,
As it trots and learns to say ‘mama’ and ‘dada’,
It brings warmth t a mother’s heart,
A joy that has no equal.
